Mr Snout

This is the first character that I created in Wings and rigged in Poser (the first one I wasn't too embarrassed to use, anyway) and did a few pics with him using Poser's "line drawing" style. It kind of works, but it looks a little bit ugly, imo.

Proverbs

I haven't really done much in the way of "Christian cartoons", mainly because I just can't think of a way to make them funny. However, someone suggested to a while ago that I try illustrating the Book of Proverbs from the Old Testament, which I did, and found it to be a pretty rich source of inspiration. My main concern is trying not to be disrespectful or cause offense with these - they're not meant to be literal illustrations of the text, but rather "inspired by" the wisdom in it.

Doggy

Another character created in Wings 3d and rigged in Poser 6. Wings is a great little modelling program, one that you can download for free here.

(Unfortunately my rigging skills aren't great - my failure so far to make any of my models available to anyone else online is down to sheer embarrassment! I live in hope that one day someone will design a program that makes the whole rigging process for models a lot easier.)

Mike Ro-Nought

This is one of my more recent models, made in Wings 3d, rigged in Poser. He's based on the Acroyear character from the Micronauts (http://www.answers.com/topic/micronauts-comic-book), a character that I've just been unable to get out of my head over the last couple of years. Problem is that I couldn't really make my mind up whether this model should actually be Acroyear or a character "inspired by" Acroyear, hence the slighly different colour scheme.

Arnold

This happy-looking chap is Arnold the Armadillo, the hero of a comic strip that I've been drawing on-and-off for a few years. (The comic strip is based on my many experiences of house-sharing.)
